Angel Comedy Workshops

I've had a bunch of people ask me for advice/consultancy work on their Fringe shows for this year, so I'm running a day of workshops in June with Angel Comedy about theme, meaning and intention.
It took me years to learn how to navigate the difference between what *I* thought my show was saying, and what the audience perceived in it, and to learn how to make a show that navigated meaning in a way that was original and memorable. Hopefully these workshops can help other artists get to grips with the same thorny issues in their work too!
The day-long workshop costs £56.65 (weird price, I know, something to do with fees) for a day of exercises, prompts, conversations and discussions. This first session is midweek as it's aimed at pro or semi-pro comedians in the finishing stages of putting together their own show, perhaps with a view towards this year's Fringe. There'll be a second day on a weekend in August aimed at newer comedians in the early stages of starting on a new show.
I'd love to see a few of you there if you think it'd be valuable to you! You can book a place here.
